Coastal Crush Lacrosse is Hampton Roads’ premier lacrosse league serving the entire

The Coastal Crush Mission is to formulate a comprehensive recreational lacrosse league that focuses on player and coach development while ensuring a culture of fairness, growth, inclusion, and competition. Our goal is to create a high quality pipeline of lacrosse athletes for the high school-age programs, including our own Crush Elite Travel program.
