ATTENTION CRUSH COACHES!!! 

You’ve been invited to work with CNU Men’s and Women’s coaching staff!  This is open to all registered CRUSH coaches, and others you know who may be interested in coaching for CRUSH this season! This is FREE, and there is not a formal registration process. Please email Toni.Auld@coastalcrushlax.com  so that the coaching staff  knows how many coaches to expect on each day. You’re welcome to attend one or both days!

This is a great opportunity to learn on the sideline with the CNU Men’s and Women’s head coaches & staff during a regular practice. No class room, ALL ON THE FIELD. They are open to questions after practice and looking forward to working with Crush coaches. This is not for youth to participate, if you need to bring your children in order to attend, they can watch from the bleachers.

Mens:
Dates: Wed. 1/30 and Tues. 2/5
Times for both: 4:00- 6:00pm
Location: CNU Turf field- they find out the day of where, but football or soccer fields
Womens:
Dates/TIme: Tue. 2/5 from 2:00-4:00pm
Sat. 2/9 from 9:00- 11:00am
Location: CNU turf field, football or soccer
