Coastal Crush Lacrosse offers player development clinics all over Hampton Roads throughout the year. Clinics are often offered in conjunction with US Lacrosse and local university coaches and players. With the goal of making the game of lacrosse inclusive in our region, we try to keep our clinic costs low, or free when possible.
We offer an opportunity for one business to be our exclusive clinic sponsor for the year and support the growth of lacrosse and player development throughout Hampton Roads.

At Captains Lacrosse Summer Camp we will emphasize fundamental skills that are needed to take your game to the next level. These skills will include shooting, feeding, stick protection, dodging, individual defense, face-offs, and goalie play. We will also stress the importance of hard work and maintaining a positive attitude throughout the week.

CAPTAINS ELITE LACROSSE CAMP
Join us for a fun instructional lacrosse camp located on the beautiful campus of Christopher Newport University. Captains Elite Lacrosse Camp is open to girls in grades 1st - 12th with both overnight and commuter options available. Instructional sessions will reinforce fundamentals, perfect positional skills, and introduce team concepts to help players improve their game. Campers will also compete in scrimmages with other players while receiving instruction from college coaches and players. Each player will receive a reversible camp jersey!
